Job description


  • Develop and Implement GTM Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to introduce NXAI’s AI solutions to the market, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Build and Lead Sales Organization: Establish and scale a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management, to drive revenue growth.
  • Revenue Growth Management: Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Strategic Partnerships and Alliances: Forge and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including technology partners, industry leaders, and clients to expand market reach and drive sales.
  • Market Insights and Feedback: Gather and analyze market and customer feedback to inform product development and strategic decisions, ensuring NXAI’s offerings meet market needs and stay competitive.

What success after 90 Days would look like:

  • GTM Strategy Development: Formulate and present a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
  • Sales Team Recruitment: Hire key members of the initial sales team.
  • Revenue Targets Set: Establish clear revenue goals and milestones. Show first progress.
  • Market Analysis & GTM strategy: Conduct detailed market research to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Internal Alignment: Foster strong collaboration with product, marketing, and other departments

What success after 180 Days would look like:

  • Sales Process Optimization: Implement and refine sales processes for efficiency and scalability.
