Job description

As the right hand to the management team, you will operate and lead the management office with a strong focus on strategic alignment and operational excellence. You will drive the breakdown of business goals into actionable initiatives, ensuring their effective prioritization and implementation.

You will play a key role in continuously optimizing internal processes, organizational structures and communication flows. Conducting research, preparing decision-making materials, and presenting data on topics directly related to operations and growth are key aspects of the role.

Acting as a bridge between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders, you bring clarity, pragmatism and a solution-oriented mindset to every interaction.

Success criteria - 90 days

  • Operational Integration: Build strong relationships and get a deep understanding of company culture and operations.

  • Strategic Alignment: Translate the CEO’s vision into actionable goals and implement tracking mechanisms.

  • Leadership Presence: Establish yourself as a trusted leader, fostering collaboration and resolving friction points.

  • Process Implementation and Optimization: Establish and optimize workflows while building on existing structures.

  • Quick Wins: Deliver high-impact results on priority topics to build early credibility.

Success criteria - 180 days

  • Strategic Execution: Drive strategic initiatives and ensure measurable business impact.

  • Scalability and Efficiency: Introduce scalable systems to support growth and performance.

  • Performance Management: Implement robust metrics and help shape a high-performance culture.

  • Operating Model: Develop a long-term operational model to support sustained growth.

  • Risk Management: Identify risks early, introduce contingency plans and support organizational agility.

Job requirements

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • Experience in a CoS or similar role (Executive Advisor, Business Operations, Founder Associate), or close collaboration with a CoS.

  • Proven ability to align strategy and execution and thrive in high-growth, fast-paced and high-tech environments.

  • Strength in moderation, structure and communication – with calmness and clarity even under pressure.

  • A positive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset, paired with high accountability and resilience.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German.

  • Exceptional leadership and influencing skills – trusted by executives and teams alike.
