Financial Assistant - 15/20h per week (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Reporting: Crunch numbers and provide insightful financial reports (monthly financial reports, cashflow management, budgets etc.) to ensure financial goals align with operational objectives.

• Grants & Funding: Lead and coordinate grant applications, support communication with investors and grant providers to document financial requirements and progress as well as navigating the meticulous process in order to unlock financial support for our endeavors.

• Contract Management: Handle and oversee contract-related tasks, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are properly coordinated, that invoices are correctly issued and payments are processed on time.

• Accounting Support: Assisting with accounting by entering data, preparing tax returns, and managing expenses and revenues.

• Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, and grant application processes.
