Based in Linz, Austria, NXAI is a leading center for European AI innovation, turning advanced research into real-world industrial applications. Focused on next-generation xLSTM architectures, we offer companies a sovereign, on-premise alternative to US hyperscalers. A prime example is our zero-shot time series foundation model, TiRex, which delivers industrial enterprises a true technological edge - operating up to 50× more efficiently than traditional transformer models.

Within this role you are the engine behind our outbound pipeline. You research, qualify and engage as well as develop step by step into a full Account Executive. This job is for someone hungry, eager to learn and excited to grow inside one of Europe's most ambitious B2B AI companies.
Your Key Responsibilities
Strategic outbound & lead generation across LinkedIn, email and phone to target decision-makers from pre-qualified Tier-A2 and B lists.
Smart lead qualification utilizing frameworks like BANT to screen industrial use cases, understand decision structures and confidently position our core technologies (xLSTM/TiRex).
Seamless opportunity handover by setting up qualified meetings and collaborating closely with our Senior AE and CRO.
In-depth customer briefings through meticulous research, preparation of company profiles and initial use-case suggestions to set our sales team up for success.
Creative Marketing & Sales alignment to co-develop modern outreach sequences, messaging and innovative ways to transform marketing leads into sales opportunities.
Methodical pipeline & event support by keeping HubSpot data-driven and clean while identifying relevant industry events to place our team and build network presence.
Stepping up under Mentorship by gradually taking ownership of smaller deals and growing your skillset under the wings of our Senior AE.
Job requirements
What We Ask
A solid technical understanding with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics or experience in a tech environment (AI, Software, Industrial Systems) to truly grasp our technology and speak an engineer's language.
1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales, BizDev or a similar commercial role in tech, with a proven track record of converting initial interest into concrete opportunities.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with senior decision-makers, both in writing and verbally, in fluent German and English.
A structured and resilient mindset that loves data-driven lead management, utilizing HubSpot and generative AI tools as standard daily gear to work efficiently.
A proactive Self-Starter with a can-do-attitude who thrives in an early-stage setup, takes full ownership of outcomes and sees challenges as opportunities to grow.
A collaborative team player with a strong sense of unity who approaches client problems with deep empathy, balances high standards with pragmatism and values the exchange with internal experts.
A clear ambition to become an Enterprise AE, driven by a genuine passion to learn, deliver output and help scale NXAI into the European AI champion.
