Based in Linz, Austria, NXAI is a leading center for European AI innovation, turning advanced research into real-world industrial applications. Focused on next-generation xLSTM architectures, we offer companies a sovereign, on-premise alternative to US hyperscalers. A prime example is our zero-shot time series foundation model, TiRex, which delivers industrial enterprises a true technological edge - operating up to 50× more efficiently than traditional transformer models.

Within this role you are the operational backbone of the Sales Team. You ensure that pipeline, processes and partner communication run smoothly and free up the CRO and AEs from everything that isn't a direct customer conversation. You always think one step ahead: what does the team need tomorrow to close deals today?
Your Key Responsibilities
Market Intelligence & Lead Generation by conducting systematic market analysis and lead research to expand our target account list based on ICP criteria (Industry 4.0, Robotics, Energy).
Revenue Ops & CRM Management by building and maintaining our CRM structure (HubSpot), ensuring pipeline hygiene, reporting dashboards and well-documented GTM playbooks.
Outreach & Content Preparation by creating high-impact, personalized sales materials, including email sequences, use-case one-pagers and strategic account briefings.
Commercial Support by assisting in the preparation of proposals, structuring commercial contract documents in close coordination with the CRO and coordinating partner meetings.
Cross-Functional Interface by acting as the central bridge between the Sales Team and Tech Teams to ensure smooth internal communication.
Project & PoC-tracking by monitoring the progress of pilots and PoCs while coordinating key milestones and deadlines between customers and our Tech Teams.
Job requirements
What We Ask
A strong technical and commercial hybrid profile with a degree in Business Informatics, Engineering, or a proven track record in a technical B2B environment (software, AI, data), enabling you to translate complex tech into clear business language.
A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in sales operations, business development, or a Go-To-Market function within a B2B tech or consulting environment, demonstrating deep familiarity with complex commercial workflows.
A data-driven operations expert with strong proficiency in CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and modern productivity tools, skilled at creating commercial materials such as structured proposals, case studies and pricing documents.
An execution-focused process master with a structured, self-driven working style who brings order to ambiguity and actively utilizes generative AI tools as a standard, daily professional instrument.
A collaborative, outcome-driven professional who thrives on taking full ownership of results, approaches challenges with absolute pragmatism and puts collective success first to build Europe’s AI champion together.
A proactive self-starter with deep customer empathy and fluent German and English skills (negotiation level), who shares a non-negotiable curiosity for industrial AI and B2B ecosystems.
