Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Communication Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive communication plans across PR, social media, and web channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Content Creation and Management: Produce and oversee the creation of high-quality content, including press releases, blog posts, social media updates, and website copy, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
  • Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure coverage and manage media inquiries, interviews, and press events.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee all social media activities, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis, to grow and engage the audience effectively.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze communication campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform strategy adjustments and optimize future initiatives


90 days Success Criteria:

  • Established Communication Strategy: Development and implementation of an initial comprehensive communication strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Content Calendar: Creation and management of a detailed content calendar for PR, social media, and web channels.
  • Media Relationships: Initial relationships built with key media contacts and influencers relevant to the industry.
  • Engagement: Increased media engagement metrics through consistent posting and media management.


180 days Success Criteria:

  • Campaign Performance: Successful execution and measurable impact of communication campaigns, reflected in increased brand visibility and engagement metrics.
  • Media Coverage: Secured positive media coverage and PR placements in key publications and platforms.
  • Audience Growth: Significant growth in social media followers and website traffic, indicating increased audience reach.
  • Stakeholder Feedback: Positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders on communication initiatives and their outcomes.
  • Strategic Adjustments: Data-driven adjustments and refinements to the communication strategy based on performance analysis and market feedback.
